दोस्तों आज आपसे बहुत ही जरूरी बात शेयर करना चाहता हूँ! यह जरूरी बात मेरी एक बहुत ही अच्छी आदत से जुडी हुई है ऐसा मेरा मानना है! मेरी पूरी बात सुनने के बाद आप भी मेरी इस अच्छी आदत से इत्तेफ़ाक़ रख पाएंगे! कोरोना के आने के पहले मैंने कई बार सोचा भी था कि आपको मेरी इस आदत के बारे में कुछ जानकारी दूँ लेकिन जब कोरोना जैसी महामारी से हमारा जीवन बुरी तरह से प्रभावित हुआ है तो मुझे लगता है आपको इस बारे में बताने का यही बिलकुल सही समय है! मेरा जीवन भी कोरोना की वजह से प्रभावित हुआ है लेकिन शायद उतना नहीं जितना हो सकता था! 

हमें एक बात जरूर ध्यान में रखनी चाहिए कि महामारी हर किसी मनुष्य के जीवन काल में नहीं आती और अगर आती भी है तो संभवतया यह हर किसी मनुष्य के जीवन में अधिकतम एक बार ही आती है! यहां मैं यही कहना चाहता हूँ की आज हमारी पीढ़ी के लोगों के जीवन में अब शायद महामारी दुबारा ना आये! मेरे इन शब्दों को दूसरी तरह से आप ये समझ सकते हैं कि मेरी अच्छी आदत अगर आपको भी अच्छी लगे तो उस आदत को अपनाने का यह बिलकुल सही समय है!

अपनी पढ़ाई पूरी करने के बाद जब मैंने अपनी कमाई की शुरुआत की तब पहले दिन से ही प्रतिदिन मैंने एक आदत को अपने जीवन में उतारा और आज तक लगभग 20 साल बाद भी यह आदत कायम है! मैंने मेरे जीवन में पहले मौके पर इस आदत को अपनाया अब प्रकृति ने यह दूसरा मौका दिया है इस आदत को अपनाने का!

हालांकि इस आदत को अपनाने के लिए जरूरी नहीं है की मैंने जो दो मौकों का जिक्र किया है उन मौकों का इंतज़ार किया जाए हम कभी भी अच्छी आदतों को अपना सकते हैं!

हाँ!!! इतना जरूर है कि सही समय पर किया गया सही काम ज्यादा फल देता है! 

इसका मतलब यही है कि आप आप कभी भी अच्छे काम की शुरुआत कर सकते हैं लेकिन सही समय पर की गयी शुभ शुरुआत का लाभ भी बहुत ही आनंददायी होता है! 

हम अपने जीवन में अलग अलग जगह पर निवेश करते हैं जो कि बहुत अच्छी आदत होती है साथ ही साथ हमें एक और काम करना चाहिए जिसके लिए ज्यादा प्रयत्नों की कोई आवश्यकता नहीं होती!

मैंने आज से करीब बीस साल पहले एक इन्वेस्टमेंट की शुरुआत की थी जो आज के इस लॉकडाउन के समय में मेरे लिये बहुत मददगार साबित हुई है! उस इन्वेस्टमेंट को जारी रखने के लिए भी मुझे कोई मेहनत नहीं करनी पड़ी! वो पारम्परिक इन्वेस्टमेंट था....

जी हाँ गुल्लक.... 

मैंने रोज 20 रुपये अपनी गुल्लक में 20 साल तक डाले और उन्हें छुआ भी नहीं! यहां मुझे ब्याज तो कुछ नहीं मिला लेकिन कोरोना के चलते सरकार ने जो लॉकडाऊन लगाया उसकी वजह से मेरा बिज़नेस जो कि बिलकुल बंद हो गया और आज भी चार महीने बीत जाने के बाद भी बंद पड़ा है! इन चार महीनों में मेरे पास कुछ भी काम नहीं है फिर भी दूसरे इंवेस्टमेंट्स को जारी रखते हुए सारे जरूरी घर खर्चों को मैं कर पाया हूँ! ये एक दूरदर्शी सोच का परिणाम है! ये हमारे बुजुर्गों की महान सोच का परिणाम है! 20 रुपये रोज निकल के अलग रखना कोई मुश्किल काम नहीं है न ही इससे हम पर कोई आर्थिक बोझ पड़ता है लेकिन हमारे भविष्य के लिए अच्छी खासी पूँजी जरूर जमा हो जाती है! 

20 गुणा 1 = 20 

20 गुणा 30 = 600 यानि एक महीने के 600 रुपये 

600 गुणा 12 = 7200 यानि एक साल के 7200 रुपये 

7200 गुणा 20 = 144000 यानि 20 साल के 144000 रुपये 

अब हम इन 144000 रुपयों को 6 से भाग दे देते हैं!

144000 भाग 6 = 24000 यानि एक महीने के 24000 रुपये 

मेरे ख़याल से 24000 रुपये किसी 4 से 6 सदस्यों के मध्यमवर्गीय परिवार के एक महीने के खर्च के लिए काफी हो सकते हैं जबकि हमें ये 24000 रुपये जमा करने में विशेष मेहनत नहीं करनी पड़ी थी! अगर हालात गंभीर हो या आने वाले कुछ महीनों तब हमारे व्यवसाय की गाडी पटरी पर आने की कोई गुंजाइश न दिख रही हो तो हमारा ये खर्च 24000 रुपयों के बजाय हम 15 से 20 हजार रुपये प्रति महीने में भी गुजारा कर सकते हैं! इस तरह से हम 144000 को 6 महीनों के बजाय 8 या 9 महीनों तक भी चला सकते हैं! 

ये बचत की ताकत है! 

लम्बे समय तक छोटी छोटी बचत को बनाये रखना हमें कई बार बड़ी बड़ी मुश्किलों से बचा सकता है! 

आप चाहें तो 20 के बजाय 10 रुपये प्रतिदिन भी बचा सकते हैं या फिर अपनी क्षमता के अनुसार 20 या फिर 30 रुपये भी रजाना बचा सकते हैं! जितना ज्यादा आप रोज बचाएंगे उतना अधिक आपको लम्बे समय में फ़ायदा होगा! इसलिए अपने दूसरे निवेश के साथ गुल्लक की आदत भी जरूर डालें!!!

Friends, today I want to share a very important thing with you! This important thing is related to my very good habit, I believe that! After listening to me, you will also be able to agree with this good habit of mine! Before the arrival of Corona, I had thought many times to give you some information about this habit, but when an epidemic like Corona has affected our life badly, I think this is the right time to tell you about it. is! My life has also been affected by Corona but maybe not as much as it could have been!
We must keep one thing in mind that an epidemic does not come in every human's life time and even if it does, then it probably comes at least once in every human's life! Here I want to say that today the epidemic may not come again in the lives of the people of our generation! You can understand my words in the other way that if you like my good habit, then this is the right time to adopt that habit!
After completing my studies, when I started earning, then from the very first day, I started a habit every day in my life and till today after 20 years, this habit is maintained! I adopted this habit for the first time in my life, now nature has given this second chance to adopt this habit!

Although it is not necessary to adopt this habit, wait for those two occasions which I have mentioned, we can adopt good habits anytime!



Yes!!! It is so important that the right thing done at the right time gives more fruit!


This means that you can start a good work at any time, but the benefit of an auspicious start at the right time is also very enjoyable!



We invest in different places in our life, which is a very good habit, as well as we should do another work which does not require much efforts!



I started an investment about twenty years ago, which has proved very helpful for me in today's lockdown time! I did not have to work hard to continue that investment! It was a traditional investment….

I put 20 rupees in my piggy bank every day for 20 years and did not even touch them! Here, I did not get any interest but due to the lockdown of the government due to Corona, my business which was completely closed and even after four months has remained closed even today! I have no work in these four months, yet by continuing other investments, I have been able to make all the necessary house expenses! This is the result of a visionary thinking! This is the result of the great thinking of our elders! Setting aside 20 rupees a day is not a difficult task nor does it put any financial burden on us, but a lot of capital is definitely accumulated for our future!



20 times 1 = 20

20 x 30 = 600 ie 600 rupees a month

600 x 12 = 7200 i.e. 7200 rupees a year

7200 times 20 = 144000 i.e. Rs 144000 for 20 years

Now we divide these 144000 rupees by 6!

144000 Part 6 = 24000 i.e. 24000 rupees a month



I think 24000 rupees can be enough to spend a month for a middle class family of 4 to 6 members, whereas we did not have to work hard to collect this 24000 rupees! If the situation is serious or there is no scope of our business getting back on track for a few months, then instead of 24000 rupees, we can spend 15 to 20 thousand rupees per month! This way we can run 144000 for 8 or 9 months instead of 6 months!



This is the power of saving!


Keeping small savings for a long time can save us from many great difficulties at times!


If you want, you can save 10 rupees per day instead of 20 or you can save 20 or even 30 rupees according to your capacity! The more you save everyday, the more you will benefit in the long run! So along with your second investment, definitely make a habit of piggy bank !!!
